Located only 350 meter from the beach and on walking distance of everything you need for a nice holidays and a comfortable stay. Build on 9000 sqm, the semi-detached houses surround a 125 sqm swimming pool, which is filled up from the end of may til the end of September. There is air condition on the ground floor & bedrooms. There are patios in the front and on the back of the house and the rest of the land is green grass and some olive trees with mountain view.
Great oasis in the middle of pretty run-down area - full of mass hotels and shopping centers. 2 great restaurants at the harbor plus the nicest beach in Rhodos, combined with a great accomodation, certainly made up for the overall environment.

Kolymbia is located 20 minutes from Rhodes Town, and is only four minutes from the village of Afandou with its many facilities and an 18-hole golf course. It is a 2-floor cosy furniture, new house. A spacious living room, dining, kitchen on the ground floor, with big window doors which you can open to enter your back patio.
This patio is connected with the swimming pool. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The house is brand new with all its comfort. The wooden ceilings and the furniture make it a cosy and pleasant place to stay.
